Teton will innovate Mediation and Arbitration proceedings with a genuine effort to streamline the process so that everyday business people will have access to dispute resolution system that conduct business in plain English and endeavor to help explain and understand the challenges for native businesses and other start up enterprises struggling to find justice with limited budgets and resources.  We believe that more compassionate systems will help the indigenous participants find access to due process affordably and confidentially, and that reducing the time from Petition to Hearings, with the simplification of the discovery and pre-trial processes will have value even beyond the tribal communities we seek to support.
